Glow-in-the-Dark Radio Comics is proud to announce the release of Good Samaritan: Unto Dust #2 (of 2) and the collected Good Samaritan: Unto Dust 2-in1 Graphic Novel!
Art is by Federico Guillen - as I
began to get his pencils for the first issue back, I knew we couldn't ink over them, they were too
beautiful. So colorist Ken Lateer worked right on the
pencils, and the result is a different looking book that showcases Federico's art. Ken's colors are stunning as well, finely complimenting Federico's
work. I'm Mike Luoma, the writer, letterer and publisher (as Glow-in-the-Dark Radio Comics).
It's been a long road to issue two. Issue one was published
by Earthbound
Comics, which then folded. I've been shepherding the project along myself
since then - felt like I owed it to my collaborator Federico to get #2 out. And
now, finally, here it is!
Good Samaritan is Father Bill Sullivan, a priest with powers
in Boston, MA in 1965. This superhero noir tale finds Good Samaritan trying to
balance his hunt for a demonic Vampire molester loose on Boston's streets with
his more pastoral duties as a Catholic Priest - a priest who's new Cardinal
seems to have it in for him!
